The Data Controller
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. Place of Data Processing
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned office of the writer and are carried out only by technical personnel in charge of processing. In case of need, data connected to some services may be processed by the staff of companies that take care of the maintenance of the technological part of the site (appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679), at the premises of the companies themselves. An updated list of these processors is available at the writer's office.
Types of Data Processed
Personal Data – What is personal data? Personal data is information that directly or indirectly identifies or makes identifiable a natural person and can provide details about their characteristics, habits, lifestyle, personal relationships, health status, economic situation, etc. Personal data is divided into: common data, which allows direct identification, such as demographic data (for example: name and surname). Data collected anonymously or in aggregate form so that a specific natural person can no longer be identified, even in combination with other information or in other ways, is not considered personal data. We do not collect or process sensitive or judicial data in any way.

More information on how we use your personal data: We use the personal data we collect for various purposes related to the provision of services or sale of goods, in accordance with current regulations. Below we indicate how and on what legal basis we use your personal data.
Data provided voluntarily by the user – The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site or the sending of messages via dedicated forms involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication. Specific summary information notices will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.
Purpose and Legal Basis of the Processing
The personal data provided will be processed by the Controller in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR for administrative purposes related to contractual requirements and for the consequent fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations deriving from them, as well as the achievement of effective management of commercial relations. The processing of data is therefore necessary for the fulfillment of obligations undertaken towards its users, for the fulfillment of obligations provided for by law, by a regulation or by community legislation, and for the exercise of its rights in court. These purposes include:

Optional Nature of Providing Data
The provision of data for purpose a) indicated above is optional, but necessary to provide the requested services and products. Any refusal to provide data will make it impossible to fulfill the purposes of point a). Furthermore, the controller makes it known that any incorrect communication of mandatory information will result in the controller's inability to establish the accuracy of the processing itself, and the possible failure of the processing results to correspond to any obligations imposed by fiscal, administrative, and civil law regulations to which it is addressed.
The provision of data for purpose b) indicated above is optional. In case of failure to provide data, the controller will not be able to provide the service of sending commercial/promotional/informative communications via e-mail, including through registration in mailing lists; it remains understood that failure to provide data for purpose b) will have no negative consequence regarding the possibility of using the services indicated in purpose a).
Communication and Dissemination of Data
The personal data collected by the controller will not be "disseminated", this term meaning making it known to undetermined subjects in any way, including by making it available or available for consultation. Specific consent will be requested for dissemination. The personal data of the data subject may instead be "communicated" by us, this term meaning making it known to one or more specific subjects, in the following terms:

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as distinct Data Controllers.
Processing Methods and Storage
Personal data is processed using automated and electronic tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. Processing connected to web services is carried out at the Controller's office. The processing will be carried out in automated electronic and manual form, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose in compliance with the provisions of Art. 5 of EU Reg. 2016/679.
The data will be stored at the Controller's offices or at the offices of third parties identified from time to time to fulfill the services to be provided for the time strictly necessary for the purposes mentioned above and in any case not exceeding the period of time prescribed by law. In accordance with current legislation, specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access. Personal data will be stored for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data was collected and subsequently processed, subject to anonymization.
Duration of Treatment
The personal data of the data subject will be stored for the time limits specified below, as indicated in paragraph 2 of Art. 13, paragraph 2, of Regulation 2016/679. The personal data provided will be stored (in electronic archives) as long as deemed necessary for the provision of the services and performances requested, and will subsequently be deleted, unless the need arises for further storage to allow the Controller to defend its rights. Personal data collected for marketing purposes will be stored until the revocation of consent.
Exercise of Rights by the Data Subject
Pursuant to Articles 15 and following of the Regulation, we inform you about the obligations that the Controller has towards you.

You have the right to request from the Controller access to personal data, rectification or deletion of the same, integration of data or limitation of processing concerning you, or to object to their processing, in the cases provided;

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Garante della Privacy) if you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, accessible at the website www.garanteprivacy.it;

The Controller guarantees that any rectifications, deletions, or limitations of processing carried out at the request of the data subject—unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort—will be communicated by the Controller to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted. The Data Controller communicates these recipients to the data subject if the data subject so requests;

At any time, you may also revoke the consent given for the purposes indicated above, both primary and secondary;
